  • Foreign Trade Assistant

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Assist the foreign trade business team to handle the whole process of orders, including order receipt, sorting, and entry systems, follow up on production progress, communicate and coordinate with factories in a timely manner, and ensure that orders are delivered on time, quality and quantity.

    2. Assist in the production and review of foreign trade documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc., to ensure that the documents are accurate, comply with international trade rules and customer requirements, and assist in completing customs declaration, inspection and other related procedures.

    3. Maintain good daily communication with customers, respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, handle customer order changes, complaints and other issues, establish and maintain customer files, do a good job in customer information management, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    4. Assist department leaders to complete the statistics and analysis of various foreign trade business data, regularly produce business reports, and provide data support for company decision-making.

    Job Responsibilities

    1. Responsible for developing the international market, exploring potential customers through Alibaba International Station, Global Sources, exhibitions, social media and other channels, and establishing stable Customer relationships.

    2. Communicate effectively with foreign customers, accurately understand customer needs, provide professional product quotations, program introductions and after-sales services, and facilitate order fulfillment.

    3. Follow up the whole process of the order, including contract signing, production progress tracking, logistics arrangement, customs declaration and clearance coordination, etc., to ensure the smooth performance of the order.

    4. Collect and analyze the industry dynamics, competitor information and customer feedback of the target market to provide the basis for the company's Product Research & Development and market strategy adjustment.
    5. Maintain the old Customer relationship, conduct regular customer return visits, tap secondary cooperation and referral opportunities, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    Complete the annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets set by the company to ensure steady growth in sales performance
