Langfang, China – December 10, 2025 – Mr. Liu Ji, General Manager of Shiny-Contral Group, led a five-member delegation to the world-renowned Fuji Electric direct-elevator manufacturing facility in Langfang, China, for an in-depth business alignment and on-site factory inspection. The two sides reached a preliminary agreement on elevator export, installation, and maintenance cooperation in emerging markets along the “Belt and Road” route, as well as in Africa and Central Asia, aiming to jointly open up underserved overseas regions and create a new “product + service” full-chain collaboration model.

During the meeting, Fuji Electric disclosed that 90 % of its production capacity has long been allocated to overseas affiliates in Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Southeast Asia, and other regions. In response to the domestic real-estate slowdown, the group is accelerating its international expansion. Xinyichuang brings more than seven years of foreign-trade sales and technical-support experience, with local teams in the UAE, Russia, and Burkina Faso, and has maintained an annual compound growth rate above 50 %, enabling rapid project roll-out.

The parties clarified that for markets not yet directly covered by Fuji Electric—such as Laos, Cambodia, and the five Central Asian republics—project registration and product exports will be prioritized. In countries where Fuji Electric already operates, cooperation will follow the principles of “head-office coordination, profit sharing, and localized installation & maintenance,” jointly safeguarding brand reputation. Xinyichuang pledged to use only Fuji Electric original equipment in all projects and to accept headquarters installation training and after-sales oversight to ensure consistent global service standards.

The meeting concluded with an agreement to exchange qualification documents, product-certification lists, and target-market catalogs without delay, with the goal of securing the first overseas orders in Q1 2026.
