To further strengthen the ideological education of Party membership applicants, consolidate their original aspiration to join the Party, and guide them to thoroughly understand the Party’s program, strictly abide by Party discipline, and clarify the standards for Party membership, the Shiny-Control Group Party branch organized a special Party lecture on March 26. The session gathered all Party membership applicants to study Chapter I of the Constitution of the Communist Party of China, promoting in-depth understanding of the Party Constitution and laying a solid ideological and political foundation.

During the lecture, Zhu Hui, Secretary of the Party Branch, led the study of Chapter I of the Party Constitution word by word and in its entirety, closely following the original text. Focusing on key points including qualifications for Party membership, obligations and rights of Party members, and procedures for recruiting Party members, the secretary delivered detailed interpretations and in-depth elaborations in combination with the actual situation of the Party building work of the company and job performance requirements. Addressing the ideological reality of Party membership applicants, the lecturer explained the profound implications of the provisions of the Party Constitution in plain language, clarified the political requirements, responsibilities and codes of conduct for joining the Communist Party of China, helping participants accurately grasp the standards for Party members, clarify their original aspiration for joining the Party, and correct their motivation.

The participating Party membership applicants listened attentively, took detailed notes and fully immersed themselves in the study. They all stated that the special Party lecture, with a clear theme and practical content, had given them a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the Party Constitution, and further clarified the missions and responsibilities shouldered by Party members. In future work and life, they will take the Party Constitution as the fundamental guideline, strictly demand themselves in accordance with Party member standards at all times, strengthen their ideals and beliefs, enhance theoretical learning, fulfill their duties and improve their professional capabilities based on their posts, take the initiative to draw closer to the Party organization, and strive to meet the criteria for Party membership at an early date to become a qualified Communist Party member.

The Party Constitution is the general constitution of the Party, the fundamental code of conduct that the whole Party must abide by together, and a core textbook for Party membership applicants to learn the Party’s theories and improve their Party spirit. This special Party lecture is not only an important measure for the Party branch to implement the "Three Meetings and One Class" system and effectively strengthen the training of active Party members, but also a concrete action to strengthen ideological and political guidance and consolidate the grassroots foundation of Party building.

Going forward, the Party branch will continue to make the study and education of the Party Constitution a regular work, continuously enrich learning forms and deepen learning outcomes. It will guide Party membership applicants and all Party members and cadres to always uphold reverence, cultivate Party spirit, internalize the requirements of the Party Constitution in mind and externalize them in action, and effectively translate learning achievements into a strong driving force for work and entrepreneurship.
